ABSANZ, in support of IBEC, invites you to join this session, the third in the series, where Dr Melissa Marot, will bring focus to contributions from industrial/organisational psychology and neuropsychology to better understand human factors in our return to work and school as society opens up during this pandemic. 

The presentation will examine tools, best practices and methods each of us can implement as individuals and organisations as we emerge from our “bubbles” and return to public life. Human factors in managing risk and exposure will also be explored as part of this return. 

Dr Marot will share her unique insights that arise from combining industrial/organizational psychology, neuropsychology and mindfulness. 

About The Speaker 

Dr. Melissa Marot has a specialist interest in wellbeing and performance at work. She has many years of experience working with people and organizations, ranging from Tech Start-Ups, United Nations, International Disaster Recovery, Emergency Services, Defense, Public Service to various organizations in the Private Sector.
