Announcing the 11th ABSANZ Conference:
Biosafety and Biosecurity in turbulent times

Dear Colleagues,

We are looking forward to seeing you at the 11th ABSANZ Conference: Biosafety and Biosecurity in Turbulent Times in Queenstown NZ, 30th October to 3rd November 2023.

Join us for the 11th Annual ABSANZ Conference, where leading experts will gather to discuss and advance the crucial topic of biosafety and Biosecurity in these turbulent times. This year’s conference topics, Protect, Strengthen, Respond and Thrive, will explore innovative solutions to safeguard against emerging biological threats and strengthen global biosafety and biosecurity systems.

The conference will bring together a network of biosafety professionals, researchers, architects, engineers, regulators, suppliers, safety and facility managers to share their experience and insights.   It will provide a unique opportunity for experts from academia, and the biosafety and biosecurity industries to interact and apply their knowledge and the latest best practice solutions to the major issues facing biosafety and biosecurity in these turbulent times.

We are now accepting abstract submissions for presentations that align with these themes. Don’t miss this opportunity to share your insights and ideas with your colleagues and contribute to the ongoing conversation on the critical role of biosafety and biosecurity in today’s world.

Abstracts are now invited on the conference topics Protect, Strengthen, Respond, and Thrive. Please review the conference topic table below to identify which stream your abstract should be considered in.
