2025 Conference Registrations

The 13th Conference for the Association of Biosafety for Australia and New Zealand will be held at Waterview in Bicentennial Park, Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, Australia.

In 2025, the ASBANZ Conference will begin on Tuesday the 28th of October. We have extended the conference plenary sessions and exhibition hall until Thursday the 30th of October 2025.  

Further information on the conference start time, conference workshops and conference site tours will be provided in early 2025 once the conference committee have a draft program in place.

Monday 27 October - Placeholder for Network event

Tuesday 28 October - Conference opens (start time tbc)

Tuesday 28 October - 5pm - Welcome drinks in exhibition hall

Wednesday 29 October - Full Day Conference

Wednesday 29 October - Conference Dinner (Novotel, Sydney Olympic Park)

Thursday 30 October - Full Day conference   

Friday 31 October - Site Tours

We are pleased to inform you that delegate registrations for the ABSANZ Annual Conference will open early in 2025. To assist with your budgeting and approval processes, please find the registration costs below:

Full Registration Non ABSANZ Member - AUD1,320

Full Registration costs ABSANZ Member - AUD924

Please note that the full registration cost includes access to all conference events including networking and conference dinner. If you are intending to bring a plus one to the conference dinner you will need to purchase one additional ticket. 

Full registration does not include access to conference workshops or site tours, you will need to register separately for these events. Further information on the costs of these events will be provided in 2025.
