Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Association of Biosafety for Australia and New Zealand Limited ABSANZ, ACM 147 502 556.
WEDNESDAY 1st October at 5.00pm (AEST)
This year the Annual General Meeting will be held in accordance with ASIC guidelines, it will be a hybrid meeting. The point of origin of the meeting will be the Waterview in Bi Centennial Park, Sydney, Australia. Members who are unable to attend the conference this year will be able to join via teams.
You will need to register for the ABSANZ Annual General Meeting 2025 through the ABSANZ website or the Member Jungle app:
- To register via the member Jungle app, log in, select the Events button on the home page and then select the ABSANZ General Meeting event.
- To register via the website, click on the Events Calendar at the bottom of the home page and then click on the ASBANZ Annual General Meeting.

Important Information
Register
If you plan to attend this year’s AGM – either in person or online you are required to register via our online event management tool Member Jungle. This is in line with ASIC requirements to maintain a register of attendance.
Proxies
A member is entitled to appoint another person to attend and vote at the meeting as a Members Proxy. A proxy may be appointed by submitting the online proxy form no later than 48 hours before the AGM
